Basically, in the past 4 years, I've been working on Jim Breen's KANJIDIC and adding a lot of useful information to the database, such as phonetics, pitch accent, synonyms, etc. You can read the entire list here: http://igg.me/at/kanjiproject

I'll release the database under a Creative Commons license soon, so if you want, you can incorporate the data into Wadoku or Kanji-Lexicon.
